A one day course focused on sourdough run by author and award winning baker Sarah Raisbeck
With Sarah’s many years experience of baking sourdough for her family and in her business she will share her knowledge for you to become a confident home baker of loaves. Learning to bake using your home oven you will make an everyday sourdough loaf, rye bread, ciabatta and focaccia.
Sage and Season will host you for the day providing refreshments and snacks along with a plant based lunch. The class will be kept to a maximum of 6 guests to ensure that you have any support and assistance required throughout the day.
Arrive at 9.30am to join us for coffee and something sweet, teaching will commence shortly after concluding at 4pm. Cost for the day £150.
