Terms and Conditions

1. Courses and events are to be paid in full at the time of booking, we are unable to keep places on hold.

2. All dietary requirements are to be detailed in full a minimum of 7 days prior to the event.  We are not always able to provide an alternative so it’s important that this is communicated in good time.  Please note foods are prepared in a kitchen where all allergens are present including milk, celery, cereals (gluten), eggs, mustard, nuts, sesame seeds, soya, sulphur dioxide, soya, peanut and lupin

3. All courses and events have a minimum attendance required, should we not reach these numbers 7 days prior to the event we reserve the right to cancel and offer a full refund or move the funds to another course/event.

4. In the event of the client wishing to cancel we will offer a full refund if 21 days prior to the event.  50% refund will be offered between 21 – 7 days prior to the event.  This is required in writing and the transaction fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.  Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.  In this scenario, if the time allows, we will endeavour to fill the space/s and a refund will be offered should they be taken.

5. In the event of The Privett Centre having to cancel due to circumstances outside of their control a full refund will be offered.
