We are delighted that you will be joining us for one of our courses at The Privett Centre.  Below are a few details that will be helpful for your visit and please feel free to get in touch if you have any further queries at hello@theprivettcentre.co.uk

Course equipment:

All equipment required for the course will be provided including aprons, tools and materials unless otherwise detailed on the booking page for the course. 

Dietary Requirements:

If you have any dietary requirements please notify us at least 7 days prior to the event at hello@theprivettcentre.co.uk OR amanda@sageandseason.co.uk We are not always able to provide an alternative so it’s important that this is communicated in good time.  Please note foods are prepared in a kitchen where all allergens are present including milk, celery, cereals (gluten), eggs, mustard, nuts, sesame seeds, soya, sulphur dioxide, soya, peanut and lupin

Drinking water will be available at all times and refreshments will be provided to varying degrees depending on the course.  Details of this will be specified on the course description.

Accessibility:

The venue has easy access from the car park to the building and includes fully accessible toilet facilities.

Facilities:

There are baby changing facilities on site

 Finding Us:

When you enter our postcode into navigation please select School House, GU34 3PE.  This is attached to the Privett Centre and the recognised address for navigation devices.  We are located next to Holy Trinity Church.  I will be available on my mobile (Amanda – 07711068887) if you have any problems finding us.  Please just use the postcode to find us.  There have been confusions over Church Road and Church Lane which has led to guests being sent to Alton!

Parking and Access:

We have a large carpark at the back of the building which will be available for your use for the duration of the course.  Please see the below map for the best way to navigate the access.  Our best advice is to turn into the triangle where X is marked on the below map (there is a post box).  You will then be facing The Privett Centre.  Turn right so that you are alongside it, reverse until in front of School House (the pretty porch!) and then you can drive straight in through the wooden gates.  This does sound more complicated than it actually is but the access into the carpark is narrow so best to be in the position to drive straight in.
