A one day course focused on savoury and sweet treats centred around Christmas with Sarah Raisbeck, author of Natural Sweet Bakes. Please note the course is not plant based and includes animal products.
We are delighted to welcome the wonderful Sarah back to The Privett Centre to share some of her excellent baking skills. On the day she will guide you through making some beautiful Christmas creations.
What you’ll make and take home:
Christmas Pudding
Mincemeat (to create your own mince pies)
Chocolate truffles
Individual chocolate tarts
Spicy, herby mixed nuts
Savoury biscuits
Savoury cracker
Sage and Season will host you for the day providing refreshments and snacks along with a two course lunch. The class will be kept to a maximum of 7 guests to ensure that you have ample support and assistance throughout the day.
Containers will be supplied for you to take all of your creations from the day home. Arrive at 9.30am to join us for coffee and something sweet, teaching will commence shortly after and conclude at 4pm. Cost for the day £180.
Participants will receive an email with further details of the course prior to the event.
