A one day course focused on baking plant based sweet treats with Sarah Raisbeck, author of Natural Sweet Bakes.

We are delighted to welcome the wonderful Sarah to The Privett Centre to share some of her excellent skills of plant based cooking using non processed ingredients. On the day she will guide you through making some beautiful sweet bakes including chocolate cake using ancient grain flour, cookies, Sarahs most popular peanut bars, energy balls and granola. She will also share her knowledge of organic plant milks.

Sage and Season will host you for the day providing refreshments and snacks along with a plant based lunch. The class will be kept to a maximum of 8 guests to ensure that you have any support and assistance required throughout the day.

Containers will be supplied for you to take all of your creations from the day home. Arrive at 9.30am to join us for coffee and something sweet, teaching will commence shortly after concluding at 4pm. Cost for the day £155.

Participants will receive an email with further details of the course prior to the event.

Courses and events are to be paid in full at the time of booking, we are unable to keep places on hold.

All dietary requirements are to be detailed in full a minimum of 7 days prior to the event.  We are not always able to provide an alternative so it’s important that this is communicated in good time.  Please note foods are prepared in a kitchen where all allergens are present including milk, celery, cereals (gluten), eggs, mustard, nuts, sesame seeds, soya, sulphur dioxide, soya, peanut and lupin

All courses and events have a minimum attendance required, should we not reach these numbers 7 days prior to the event we reserve the right to cancel and offer a full refund or move the funds to another course/event.

In the event of the client wishing to cancel we will offer a full refund if 21 days prior to the event.  50% refund will be offered between 21 – 7 days prior to the event.  This is required in writing and the transaction fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.  Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.  In this scenario, if the time allows, we will endeavour to fill the space/s and a refund will be offered should they be taken.

In the event of The Privett Centre having to cancel due to circumstances outside of their control a full refund will be offered.
