Wild About Garlic

We have the privilege of living in an area abundant with wild garlic but being such a fleeting season it’s not always easy to capture its magic to see you throughout the year. During this morning workshop we will create a wild garlic salt, make butter and combine with wild garlic, wild garlic chilli oil and explore multiple ways to preserve this wonderful foraged food. Refreshments will be available throughout out the course. All containers will be provided to take your creations home. The course will run from 10am - 1pm and participants will receive an email with further details of the course prior to the event. Small group of six.
